A la carte tickets are required for each event if you did not purchase a weekend package.

Each social event throughout the weekend has a different suggested dress code - your imagination and creativity will help you to stand out and impress especially if you dress in the theme of the event.
Friday is casual/or costume in theme and Saturday’s gala is ‘Dress to Impress’ or themed attire.
For on-slope events, we love to see the creativity of teams with coordinated outfits but we truly leave that up to you to decide how to interpret the theme.

We can’t wait to show you our auction items in person, but feel free to start bidding or planning out your plan of attack for Saturday evening.
Our auction has something for everyone and the online platform can be used by all (whether they are at the event or not).
Silent Auction preview opens about two weeks before the event. Online bidding opens about one week before the event. The silent auction will close at 8 p.m. on the night of the Gala. Live auction is in-person only.
You do not have to be present to bid on the silent auction. However, you must be present to bid on the live auction.

The top level teams and sponsors will be matched with a Snow Industry pro (Olympic or National Team Skier or Rider).
All other team levels will be matched with a local guide.
Registered teams, should plan on meeting your coach upon arrival Friday evening at the Welcome Party or Saturday morning at breakfast. Your coach will guide you through the weekend and make your event experience top notch!
